The clusterer settings are not correct:
<inputHitCollectionName>EcalReadoutAnalogHits</inputHitCollectionName>
should be
<inputHitCollectionName>EcalReadoutHits</inputHitCollectionName>
I can't make or test the change on my computer here, but maybe someone
else can.
