Hi, Tim.
I have imported the fast MC module into our SVN and verified that it is runnable on a stdhep file.
You're going to need an SVN client to check it out, and a Java JDK 1.7 and Maven to build it.
You can get the most recent version of Maven from here:
http://maven.apache.org/download.cgi
Here's what you should do to bootstrap it:
svn co svn://svn.freehep.org/lcdet/projects/lcsim/trunk/ lcsim
cd lcsim
mvn clean install -DskipTests
Now you should be able to run the fast MC from the command line as follows:
java -cp ./distribution/target/lcsim-distribution-3.0.8-SNAPSHOT-bin.jar org.lcsim.mc.fast.Main -i /nfs/slac/g/lcd/mc/prj/data/singleParticle/stdhep/pi_Theta1-179_50GeV-0-1000.stdhep
The last argument can be any StdHep file. (This one is on SLAC NFS.)
This ran without errors but I did not verify the correctness of the output.
Let me know if you are able to get this running....
