Hi, and Happy new year to all oy you :-),
FYI, Dreamworks uses an alternate solution to eups, which seems to
provide most of the same features.
I've met a Dreamworks engineer and he told me they also use python/C++
in its company.
They have the same problem than us to manage their dependencies and he
told me that they use this tool:
https://github.com/nerdvegas/rez
They are happy with it, it uses yaml configuration files. Nevertheless
the project doesn't seems to have recent contributions.
I thought it might be interesting for you to know this information.
Cheers,
Fabrice
