I did some testing where I looked at the Heprep and LCDD output which looked fine, but I didn’t look at LCIO events. I will test it.
By the way, we need to be careful about editing geometries in place. The pass 0 was run with that detector, so it should remain as is and there should be a “v2” detector created that has the different beam gap settings.
