I guess that the easiest solution would be to do a "setfacl -m o::x /sps/lsst" since:
[ccosvms0070-19:36:37] /afs/in2p3.fr/home/y/ycalas (1) > getfacl /sps/lsst/
getfacl: Removing leading '/' from absolute path names
# file: sps/lsst/
# owner: root
# group: lsst
# flags: -s-
user::rwx

mask::rwx
other::---
and we already have "other::r-x" defined on /sps/lsst/Qserv and /sps/lsst/Qserv/stack.
However I am not authorised to change the acls on /sps/lsst... I will ask to Loic to do it, unless he suggests another solution.
