Jacek told me about the scisql issue.
Thanks for pointing it out.
I think the only problem is that
/qserv/stack/Linux64/mysql/5.1.65.lsst2/lib/plugin/libscisql-scisql_0.3.so
is missing on the worker nodes. If it is the only problem, it is now fixed.
Nevertheless, here scisql configuration step has to exceptionally write
in the stack (which should be immutable during configuration step),
so we have to re-install manually this plugin each time we
re-install/upgrade MySQL.
