Vaikunth

I ran integration tests for before every single merge to
master that I did lately, and I've done ~1/day in the past
few days. It works fine for me (on lsst-dbdev5). What is
not working for you when you use tip of the master? See
my msg on hipchat -- you might want to do qserv-configure -a
