Hi,
Our web and db server will be taken down tomorrow morning for maintenance (see message below).
It should be a short downtime, but during this time all our databases will be unavailable.
I'll let you know if the plans change or the downtime is longer than expected.

Jeremy,
Paul Letta will be doing the work. I just spoke to him and tomorrow morning at 7:30 (EST) would work well for him. He’ll need the system (hpsdb-ext.jlab.org) offline for about 30 minutes.
I will make the changes you’ve requested to hpsWEB around that time too (actually, probably a little earlier), so there will need to be an apache restart on hpsweb around the 7:30 time frame as well.

Okay when would you like to do this?

Jeremy,
I will check into this and let you know when I can get the job done.
Also, there is a problem with the VM that is the external database server. Can we shut it down at some point for a few minutes to do some work on it?
