right, in fact I am also producing ntuples. But in the script this 
is done as last separated step: it looks like the recon is completed, 
while the failure occurs while I am running the python procedure to get the input
I need for millepede. So ok, let me try without ntuple production... even if 
I have some doubts it can behave differently.
