Hello,
Relative Crystal positions are always going to be hard coded, we have no
way to check this position within a better margin than the on-site
measurements made during construction. However, we should be able to
move the two halves of the ECal in any direction we want. Ani finished
this code right after pass6, so it did not make it there, but it should
be in the main branch now.
