I think I have it running in dev now. The cluster cheater is applying
energy scales and angle segmentations.
I also found a bug in the FastMC SmearTrack where its starting position
was in fact the MC termination point. I had to switch it to grabbing its
parent's termination point. Also fixed in dev. I need to check that the
algorithm that counts hits in the trackers doesn't get fooled by
electrons bremming and giving multiple tracks per electron.
FullRecon is set up to produce both an exe and a shared lib so that it
can be run interactively in root.
Next steps are to modify the Event classes to use the new 3- & 4-vector
classes in Root 2.21 and to make Tracks, Clusters and McPart inherit
from them so they can be fed to the imminent thrust and jet finders. Not
sure about calorimeter hits yet.
