While investigating the bug reported yesterday we found that we
are not removing combinations where
B+ -> D(*)0 X+ [which is highly suppressed wrt B+ -> D(*)0~ X+

we therefore have twice the combinatorics we should have in those modes.
This can also be inefficient if we are picking up one of these junk
combinations instead of the good ones.

I fixed it at CompositionTools level:
CompositionTools rf-071702c

I updated the web page with the tags. We should test it asap, because it
can cleanup our sample, increase the efficiency and speed up OPR ...
