Hi all, here's an update on the production. a) Urs, henning and me are happily running jobs since monday! I made a mistake in the subdivision of data tcls among years: this results in a little bookkeeping problem, but, fortunately, nothing else. We do not need to rerun any job. b) Signal (obj) MC is done Cocktail MC is done Data 2000 is almost done cocktail B0 and Bch 2000 is almost done c) future plans are: Henning --> run 2001 Urs --> run 2002 Alessio --> finish cocktail I do not have a lear estimate of when jobs will finish (I have experienced also a problem running the script on noric02 that was sloooooow today..) Maybe I can post something more quantitative tomorrow. QA of production. After spending two days I have managed to run all the code as suggested by Daniele ( I had some troubles with a zone(1) command given to root and understanding env variables setting...) but now I have a script that runs all the comparisons and produce a web page. This will improve tomorrow with the cocktail and other funny features. You can take a quick look in http://www.slac.stanford.edu/~asarti/recoil/production/comp081502/Comparison081502-comp.html but this is still work in progress: I have to understand that I'm doing all the various steps correctly. ( 1) I need to look carefully at lumi for various block 2) Do not look at history plots: they are empty (still some problem with env variables :)) ....) 3) do not panic for data-MC comparison: I have to check it.(maybe still some other dependence on daniele's private setup) ) Let me know any question or concern about the current production.
