Hi Alessio,

 in http://www.slac.stanford.edu/~daniele/stat/

you can find some statistics of the content of the root files as far as
the processed runs is concerned:

runlumi.dat processed runs (actually in the root files)
runlumi_missing.dat missing runs (comparing with the goodruns.txt file)
runlumi_bad.dat extra runs (in the tree but not in goodruns.txt)

This is produced with the code I committed in VubAnalysis/lumi.C.

 I hope this help.

Actually, the extra runs are pretty strange. They are not good runs. It
seems that they are only in the tree but not in the tcl files. Alessio,
did you remove those runs from the tcl files very recently (but not the
correspondent root files)? If not, something strange is going on in the
output of recoilNtp.
