We are organizing a series of broadcasts of talks of general
interest to the linear collider physics community. The format
will be flexible, and is likely to include a mix of pedagogical
talks, progress reports, and speculation about new ideas. These meetings
will be held monthly except for those months in which we hold our
semi-annual meetings (such as this January), beginning December 12,
and continuing in February, March, etc. They will begin at 1 PM Pacific,
2 PM Mountain, 3 PM Central, and 4 PM Eastern time. The talks will
be posted on the web in advance, and people will be able to connect
to the live broadcast either by telephone, or televideo. Arrangements
have been made with Fermilab to provide the central broadcasting
service. We would anticipate that many will gather together at the labs
and larger universities to join the meetings as groups. Details on
the arrangements at the labs, and contact information will be
forthcoming.
