Hi all,
I've taken a quick look into the recoilDSys.cc code and I couldn't find
were we are imposing the constraint for the sum of semielptoni B decays to
add up to 10.4%....

I do not remember if I was in charge of that or if Ric implemented it but
maybe we can take a new look at the code and understand if it working
correctly..
