Hi Urs,
the only time slot I would be free this week is today after dinner (say
after 12am your time), but I don't think we need to meet. I would suggest
that we all read your current proposal

and send comments by SLAC afternoon. If there is anything to debate we
should arrange private conversations with you. IMVHO whatever you have in
your hands this evening should be upoloaded and posted (togetherr with my
responses, you can do it or let me do it tomorrow, as you wish).
Don't forget that we have lots of occasions for higher order corrections
(at least other two passes, pub-board readers and referee comments)
