Dear Colleague, Registration is now open for the *Time Projection Chamber Symposium* on _Friday, Oct. 17th_ and the *LC-TPC R&D Meeting* on _Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 18 - 19th_, at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory. Registration information and nearly complete programs are available on the web at http://www-tpc.lbl.gov/symposium and http://www-lc.lbl.gov/tpc/meeting The symposium includes presentations on major experiments employing TPC's, such as ALEPH, DELPHI and STAR, new projects and technology developments, and on reviews of new detector ideas and TPC applications. The R&D meeting begins with a presentation on Linear Collider physics requirements by Marco Battaglia and an overview of the current LC-TPC design and R&D issues by Dean Karlen. The program includes talks by LC-TPC R&D groups working on a number of different LC-TPC detector approaches. Please register to let us know if you plan to attend.
