Dear Colleagues,

As you know, the World-wide LC Detector R&D Committee began
a series of reports meetings last year. A vertex detector and
intermediate tracking meeting was held in conjunction with the
   Arlington ALCPG meeting in January:

and a main tracking and muons meeting in conjunction with the Amsterdam
   ECFA-DESY meeting:

The next meeting, for calorimetry and forward detectors, will be held in
conjunction with the Montpellier ECFA meeting, on November 12.

In December we will again have reports on vertex detector and
intermediate tracking from the ACFA meeting in Mumbai.

The schedule for future reviews is now:

Calorimetry and Forward Detectors, Europe (Montpellier), November, 2003
Vertex detection and intermediate tracking, Asia (Mumbai), December, 2003
Main Tracker and Muons, North America (SLAC), January, 2004

This schedule is posted on the International Linear Collider Detector R&D
   web page:

     Best regards,

        Jim
