Hi Ed,

 I would say that there are two options:

 - run everything on analysis-20
   * PRO: fast
   * CON: wait another month in order to have skimmed SP5 MC (but we could
     start right now on data run1-2-3)

 - run run1-2-3 and SP5 with release 12
   * PRO: you can do it now
   * CON: long jobs

 Your work on analysis-20 was useful anyhow. This is the only way to run
on new data (run4 SP6) and obviously if we will use option 1.

 Daniele
