I obtain BRBR Command ---------------------------------------------------------------------- 0.0196 subVirFit.pl -int -d -b -binmes -opt 1 -rew 1 -wF sysWd/refWeights -flag binmes-rew-1-opt-1 0.0279 subVirFit.pl -int -d -b -binmes -rew 1 -opt 1 -debug -flag prlresult 0.0193 subVirFit.pl -int -d -b -binmes -rew 1 -wF sysWd/refWeights -flag binmes-rew-1 The first line is from the webpage, the second line is from "SubVirFit.pl -h". The third is w/o "-opt 1". I am not surprised the second does not work because I guess it misses the weight file. But I don't know why the first line is 5% away from the result. Is this to be expected? If not, could somebody in the know please post an exact line that I can copy-paste to reproduce the PRL as close as possible? Cheers, --U.
