  Hi All, 

  There is now a new xrootd version 20040830-0105 with many small updates:

       o Further cleanup and many improvements for platform specific 
         compilation from Gerri. 
       o Small bug fix for occasional "no server found" errors seen in
         Bologna when two requests come almost simultaneously for the same 
         file.
       o Fix problems with "wait" directive for olbd in manager mode.
       o Fix for starting server with server-side I/O monitoring enabled

We should use this for the server restart at CNAF (and also at SLAC at some
point). It should also be the one tested for inclusion in the next ROOT4 
release.
