  Hi,

  Actually, I didn't do this yet as we should probably do something uniform.
I don't really care what the solution is, but Andy and Fabrizio should be
happy with it. Here are the choices I see:

  o I copy it to "include" in my build script when making the binary
    tarballs

  o We move it to "utils" to match

  o It exists in src/XrdClient in the source, but gets copied to "lib" by 
    the XrdClient makefile

  o It exists in src/XrdClient in the source, but gets copied to "bin" by 
    the XrdClient makefile

  I like one of the last two possibilities. Andy/Fabrizio?
