  Hi All, 

  There is now a new (development) xrootd version 20041214-1142. This version:

   o fixes some problems with the oss options introduced in 20041212-0424
   o fixes a bunch of warnings from icc (8.0) and gcc 3.4.0
   o includes some (not yet used) updates for async i/o

If you are using 20041212-0424, you should probably move ahead to this version.
