  Hi Gregory,

  Yes, I see now that something funny happened in the RH72 build. I'll try
to track that down. The build seems to have built the xrootd binary, but 
the rpm failed with:

 install -m 755 bin/i386_linux/xrootd /afs/slac.stanford.edu/g/babar/www/Comput
ing/Distributed/xrootd/build/041216/20041216-0815/rpmtmp/opt/xrootd/bin/xrootd
Can't open source file ``bin/i386_linux/xrootd'': No such file or directory
error: Bad exit status from /var/tmp/rpm-tmp.93530 (%install)

(and the binary tarball is built up from that, too). More later...
