Dear colleagues,

                    This is being sent to the LC mailing lists of the three
  regions and is an invitaion to join the GLD detector concept study
  for the linear collider.   It exploits the large radius of calorimeters to
  obtain good jet reconstruction capabilities while  focusing on
  cost-efficient ECAL.
