The deadline for abstract submission is May 2, 2005. This conference has a long tradition of significant particle physics instrumentation contributions, and this year will continue that tradition. The 2005 meeting will be at the outstanding conference venue of the Wyndham El Conquistador hotel in Puerto Rico. As in past years, the conference will be making special efforts to obtain support grants for students to attend this important meeting, to take full advantage of this unique scientific and educational opportunity. The conference will also provide an industrial exhibition, with the participation of manny corporate scientist and engineers. This is a valued feature of the IEEE meeting.
