Review Committee: F.Blanc, T.Brandt, V.Luth

Thank you all for agreeing to be on the newly formed Review Committee
for the inclusive B-> Xu l nu studies with hadronic tags.
The supporting document is BAD1214.

The BAIS identifier is semilep-04/07.
The Review Committe has been assigned the number 214.

Do not hesitate to contact the authors. You should wait, however,
to hear from the AWG conveners before commencing any review.
They will let you know
when the AWG has completed the internal review of the analysis
and who is the contact author.
You may wish to review "Instructions to Review Committees" at
http://www.slac.stanford.edu/BFROOT/www/Organization/PubBoard/rnc/website/reviewing/guidelin
e
s_for_rc.html (sorry if some link is broken).
We strongly encourage the authors and reviewers to develop a
plan, with a timeline showing how you want things to progress. Of
course this will need to be updated from time to time as things
change.
Please choose a chair for your committee and let us know who it is. See
the "Initial Instructions" at the above url for guidance on choosing a
chair.
You should organize a review hypernews forum specifically for your
analysis. When an analysis is ready for review, make sure that the
entire review committee, the authors and the relevant AWG convener(s)
are subscribed. See the "Initial Instructions" at the above url for
guidance on establishing the new hypernews forum . All discussion of
the analysis should take place through the hypernews forum, not
private communications. Please use the forum for final announcements
of meetings between the authors and committee as well, so that other
members of the AWG can attend if they desire.
For preliminary results, we now require that the supporting BAD note
contain a section describing the items that need to be
completed/refined before the result can be published in a journal,
as well as a time scale for completing these tasks.
Let us know if you have questions or encounter problems in the review
process. Best wishes for an efficient yet effective and intellectually
stimulating review!
You are welcome (encouraged!) to start and augment the committee web page:
