Andy, Purify reported uninitialized memory access in XrdOucError. I have fixed the code to prevent that and to fix some const abuse in SetPrefix. I have attached the whole file. This is relative to the 03 Aug release. I also fixed a small memory leak in the posix code. There may be more, but I'll let you start with this one...
