Hi Andy, Hi Peter, we will definitely consider both solutions for the problem as those of adding xrootd protocol to the dCache, and running dCache and xrootd simultaneously. As for the oncoming meeting at CERN, unfortunately we are not able to make it to the workshop this time but for sure we would need to talk about the integration of dCache and XRootd.
