  Hi All,

  There is now a new development version: xrootd 20051130-0455. Relative to 
the previous release (20051026-1510) the changes include:

   o addition of the posix preload library
   o improvement of server selection for non-staged newly created files
     (seen on "bbrprod" cluster at SLAC)
   o job definition changes and other fixes in the monitoring code
   o a variety of small fixes
