Hi, sorry for the delay.

The XNet.Debug parameter only deals with the detail of the log, but not 
with its format.

The post-merge implementations do not deal with the DebugTimestamp 
anymore, since the logging is performed through XrdOuc, which should be 
the same mechanism used in the auth module.
