Hi, I have added the plots shown yesterday and the numbers (yields and parameters) to my mes webpage: http://www.slac.stanford.edu/~menges/Vub/mes/mes.html As Heiko pointed out already there is a shift of around 12k events from signal to the peaking background and around 24k events from argus background to the peaking background. I have also done some timing studies. The standard binned extended NLL fit needs 0.8 sec on my laptop. The one with the endpoint corrections need 2.7 seec. This is a factor of 3.4 longer. The numbers of calls is almost similar. 780 for the standard fit and 688 for the endpoint corrected fit. In this case we only have 7 instead of 9 free parameters (the endpoint in the Argus and Crystal Ball are fixed by the corrections).
