Sheila, just to say that I am not sure about the answer either... I would try to cross check with Thorsten's BAD (I think this parametrization came from him). Or just call in tomorrow to the vub-recoil meeting and bug whoever wrote this part of the BAD... that is sometimes the most effective thing.
