Hi Su Dong, I don't think this should be part of the account creation step itself. Account creation is a generic process handled by the Help Desk. If something is not quite right and the user asks the Help Desk, he is likely to get nowhere. Can we collect this sort of information in a separate page? Stephen put together something a while back.
