Following the poll for the ATLAS forum meeting time, it turned out Monday lunch time
doesn't work as a long time solution as that runs into the Stanford campus theory
seminar time. An alternative proposal is to go for the Wednesday 12:00-1:30pm PDT
time slot which will be somewhat painful for our theoretical colleagues - with their
theory seminar to follow immediately for a 3 hour marathon. If this is still tolerable,
we could try this for sometime. This slot turns out to be also not so bad even during
the BaBar collab meeting so that we can have a meeting for Sep/13 too. So the
revised proposal:
Thursday Sep/7 *12:30pm**
Wednesday Sep/13 12:00 noon
Wednesday Sep/20 Too many people missing ?
Wednesday Sep/27 12:00 noon - settled weekly time
Please let me know if anyone has problem with these time slots still. This may need
conference room change, which will be decided after the above time slots are
confirmed.
