Hi Wolfgang, there is a flag in subVirFit.pl: -SPseed <number> This takes the S/P ratios in mx bins and gaussianly randomizes them. An example on how to use this flag is in job_SP.pl. Bin-by-bin correlations are not taken into account. Ciao, Concezio.
