Hi Artem,

My own aplogies. If you look at the actual path you will likely find that
one or more of the path components are either owned by a different used or
have the wrong pemissions. I say that because, as Gerri points out, you
can avoid he problem by specifting '-n' which has the effect of using a
different path. In general, this occurs when several different users try
to run xroot on the same machine. Whoever does wins the admin directory
structure for the instance identified wth the '-n' option.
