1. DQ2:
We setup another DQ2 site backed by xrootd. It runs the current version of DQ2 software. The production DQ2 machine runs a old version of DQ2 and will be phase out. Panda team also set up a new Panda site to use the new DQ2 site. We are working with Panda team to get these two work together.
2. Tier-2 Hardware
Purchasing order is ready to send out. Once the first thumper box is installed, we will bring in the full set of AOD data which is around 8TB.
3. HPSS/gsiftp/xrootd
We have a module to allow gsiftp to talk to xrootd and we are working to Panda team on tech details of how to access xrootd cluster from Panda. We will need one or two machines for xrootd redirector. They don't need to be powerful but reliablility is important.
4. AOB
The Tier 2 meeting and OSG Consortium meeting at San Diego is open for registration. The web page is https://indico.fnal.gov/conferenceDisplay.py?confId=468
Len, Chuck and Wei will have a meeting with Ruth McDunn on the design of Western Tier 2 web page this Friday.
Michael Ernst will visit Tier 2 sites. Exact time is unknown.

have any time to comment today but she is aware about
it. Will treat each VO as an enclave, if you are using
anonymous accounts need to be able to show how ran a job
and when. The main issue is that VOs are not legal
entities and anyone can declare themselves a VO. Would
need to actually test that the required information can
actually be found.
