The organizers of the LHC Detector Alignment Workshop are inviting participation from
           the ILC detector community at their upcoming workshop. Their announcement follows:       

The four LHC experiments, ATLAS, ALICE, CMS and LHCb are
organizing the 2nd LHC Detector Alignment workshop from the 25th 
to 26th of June 2007. The workshop will be held at CERN.

The goal of this Workshop is to provide a forum to share ideas and
information on the issues related to alignment of detectors, with particular
emphasis on tracking detectors. The general program of the workshop will
this time highlight the following alignment areas:

* Hardware alignment systems & combination with track based alignment
* Preparation for the first data taking

to facilitate the organization of the workshop - please register if you
are interested to participate in the workshop! There will be no registration fee.

A workshop dinner will be organized on a voluntary basis (see registration)

interested in the above mentioned topics to join the hereby announced workshop.

The workshop is sponsored by the LHC Computing Grid Project and the CERN
PH Department.
