Hello Chris

If I remeber correctly we had to rebuild the perl mdule at RAL because the
perl version at RAL has been compiled with thread support whereas the one 
at slac does not have it. 
I will check later which version was used for the rebuild but I also will 
try to build it at RAL for the version you are using.
