Hi, I'm trying to use xrootd in the Skim production at RAL and Manchester but I'm having problems with the XrdClientAdmin perl module. On the SL3 nodes we are using it seems to have problems loading the shared library, specifically the error is: Can't load '/afs/rl.ac.uk/bfactory/package/xrootd/20070321-1251p1/Linux24RHEL3_i386 _gcc323/lib/XrdClientAdmin.so' for module XrdClientAdmin: /afs/rl.ac.uk/bfactory/package/xrootd/20070321-1251p1/Linux24RHEL3_i386_ gcc323/lib/XrdClientAdmin.so: undefined symbol: PL_sv_undef at /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.0/i386-linux-thread-multi/DynaLoader.pm line 229. at /afs/rl.ac.uk/bfactory/package/xrootd/20070321-1251p1/Linux24RHEL3_i386_ gcc323/lib/XrdClientAdmin.pm line 8 I did have this working previously and if I replace the just the XrdClientAdmin.so file with the one I was previously using it works but I'm not sure what version that previous library came from. Anyone know what the problem is? Thanks, Chris.
