Dear Colleagues, Dr. Orbach addressed the Universities Research Association (URA) Council of Presidents at a meeting in Washington yesterday. The not-for-profit URA corporation was founded in 1965 for management and operation of research facilities in the national interest. Jointly with the University of Chicago, it owns Fermi Research Alliance LLC, which is the management and operating contractor for Fermilab. Norman Graf
