Dear Colleagues, Dr. Marburger recently spoke to the AAAS Policy Forum on the topic of "Budgetary and Policy Context for R&D in FY 2009". As such, it presents an interesting insight into the strategies which the administration has attempted to follow and, perhaps, a summary of what he would like the legacy of his tenure to be.
