That was about the time (~1613) the site had a power "dip". It was reported that PG&E had an issue with the Newark-Ravenswood line. (You can get more details from the MCC log book). A number of site network equipment "reset" at about that time, and some was (apparently) intentionally powered down later in the day (~1848) probably to perform other maintainence. Gary
