I will not be able to join this meeting (family medical problem).
I have been looking into a possible collaboration with Clustered Systems on the cooling system for the CPU part of the purchase. If they are successful in getting a grant (likelihood unclear) they would add money to the CPU purchase and provide the racks, cooling system and installation costs (at IR8). More very soon.
