Hi Donna, Jill, When I call 510-665-5437 to access our 10 AM MIT conference call (passcode 7336), there is terrible static and noise on the line. It is unusable. Is there any way to arrange for an alternative conference call service until this is fixed? The problem is not with our passcode, it is with just calling in to the conference center. Other phone calls from my office offsite are working ok this morning. Thanks much, --Ray
