Dear Colleagues, The latest issue of Science also has an article in the ScienceInsider column titled "Russian Expats Challenge Country's Support of Science". A letter addressed to Russia's president and prime minister and signed by more than 100 Russian expatriate scientists was published in a leading Moscow business newspaper. It advocated improved support for basic scientific research and mentions the ILC as a possible flagship project.
