The new xrootd production release 20091028-1003 is available. To download

- this is an OSG release candidate
- it contains various fixes and improvements for the ATLAS Xrootd setup
- improvements for the xrootd client
- new summary monitoring for the server (including documentation)
This version supersedes the previous recent production version
20091008-2019 which missed some xrootd client related tags.

The documentation in the production release section of the xrootd home
page has been updated and contains now the FRM and monitoring
documentation.
