Hello,

We are starting to plan the next XLDB event. As agreed
at the past workshop, this year's meeting will be back
in the USA, at SLAC.

Given the popularity of the past events and the fact
we ended up turning down *many* people due to limited
space, this year we would like to experiment with an
additional one- or two-day open conference occurring
after our standard annual invitational workshop.

We have tentatively picked the following dates:
  - workshop: October 19, 2010
  - conference: October 20/21, 2010

We would like to finalize the dates within a week,
so if you are aware of any collisions with other
events or holidays we have missed, please let me
know by next Tuesday, February 16th.
